“Faced with the daunting task of updating and providing a “wow” factor to a 1960s style school reception and entrance on a fairly plain school build, we sought the expertise of Mr Paul Edwards. Where previous attempts by others to overcome some difficult design problems had failed, Paul’s were a total success.
He saw his designs through the planning and building stage and a builder was engaged by us. When deviations from specifications were made Paul was on hand to ensure that advice on planning and building regulations was available and put the works back on the right track. Once the new build extension was complete he was an enormous help in sorting out the variations and their impact on the finances.
The school’s attractive new reception entrance extension blends in well with the surrounding area and provides both the school and children with a real focal point entrance in the School. Paul really achieved the expectations of the school with the required “wow” factor.

The guidance you have given through the planning process has made this project a lot less painstaking than we’ve experienced on our schemes in the past with other consultants. The feedback from Estate Agents and all prospective purchasers on your final design has really been quite staggering and well above our initial expectations when we purchased the site.
